Day 15 2016: The week that was...

Day 15: ...up close and focussed

Well it was certainly quite a week. Meanwhile, the packing continues and associated with the move are comparatively simple things such as banking enquiries, haircuts, phone transfers and the like. 

You would think.

But no. Not today. What does one do when the bank views a customer relationship of some forty years with complete and utter disdain? Perhaps part of me continues to live in a nostalgic past? Similarly a hairdresser who diminishes service but increases the (already exorbitant) price...

It was almost the modern solution: a twitter rant. But instead, I went out the back, with the camera to take a close up look at some of the life and colour in the backyard...

...breathe a little more calmly, and marvel at the overwhelming beauty to be found in the natural world, even if it is just in the backyard. Up close, re-focussed and ready to go (again).
