Day 280 2016: When a butterfly flaps its wings...

Day 280: ...does a ship move in the harbour...

...or clouds gather in the sky?

No, don't ask me what that means either. It is just the way the photos 'linked' together today.

The butterfly was back at the bus stop this morning and kindly hung around just long enough to capture a pic or three. A big one it was too.

Climb every...flower

And then it was off to work on the bus, on another unseasonably hot day, heading for 30 plus degrees.  Doesn't seem quite right. But it is providing some interesting cloudscapes over the course of a day (and since in a parallel universe this blog is actually devoted to cloudscapes, it seems appropriate).

It was sufficiently clear today too to see beyond the artificial island, out beyond the ports and to the passage where the big ships gather up 'steam' as it were.

A nice pinkish sunset finish to the day, that started with a butterfly just going about its business. Funny how a day passes sometimes.
